Christina & Zain were married on June 12th, in Morris, IL -- they decided since their ceremony and reception were at the same venue, they wanted to do a "first look" at a nearby park - which I think is a great idea! Upon our arrival, Missy and I decided that it was probably not going to rain anymore - unfortunately, we were wrong! Luckily though we got some awesome shots before the crazy rain came!
As they say, it is lucky if it rains on your wedding day! I am sure Christina and Zain will be blessed with a long and happy life together! After the ceremony (which was moved indoors to the beautiful "permanent tent" venue), the sun did peek out a bit so we were able to get some more outdoor shots as well. In spite of the weather, the couple was able to go with the flow and know that whatever happened was meant to be -- this is the most awesome attitude to have not only on your wedding day but in life in general. I was so happy to be a part of their wedding day and to meet this rockin' couple!
